OTBI > Error when getting Published Shift Details - Shift Start Time and Shift End Time

Hello All,

I will appreciate your support on the following issue: In the Subject Area “Workforce Management – Published Schedules Real Time”, when the Line Manager (=Aws Moataz) adds the fields “Shift”, “Shift Start Time”, and “Shift End Time” to the analysis, an error is thrown. Do you have an idea how the get the “Shift Start Time”, and “Shift End Time” of the Published Schedule?
