Clear Region Issue

Here is something I noticed when building out a Clear Region in Data Exchange.  I created a Clear Region to replace a Business Rule that ran a Clear thinking that I can simplify the process and eliminate a Business Rule used for only one purpose.  Clear Region was introduced in the 20.07 EPM Release so I was excited to use it for the first time.  I found that it did work as expected when I executed the Load Rule in Data Exchange.  I saw the log file and saw how it created a Clear Script based on my criteria and
