We have a requirment to accrue the leave balances according to the Age of the employee,

Ex: If employee's age is more than 25 years then he will get 20 days

If employee's age is more than 26 years then he will get 21 days

If employee's age is more than 28 years then he will get 22 days

....

to do this we need to capture Employees Age/ Date of Birth in the accrual Fast formula. Is the any DBI or other way to capture this?
