403 Forbidden - /gsadmin/v1/{appName}/attributes

Followed the doc : https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/commerce-cloud/cxocc/op-gsadmin-v1-appname-attributes-get.html 

To get the search attributes get is throwing 403 forbidden whereas I am able to update the attributes.
