Bulk Import into Groups Not working.

It appears that we currently cannot use the Bulk Importer to Import existing users into Groups.Content
I hope everyone is doing well.
Is anyone else having trouble using the Bulk Importer to add users to groups? We are seeing this in both our staging and production LearnCenters. The Bulk Importer appears to through the process normally with no errors or error messages but does not add users to the group.
