Oracle cloud ERP Log monitoring

Hi,

  Our organization wants to setup ERP Log Monitoring by ingesting the ERP System logs into Log Analyzers/aggregator.  We do not have license for OCI.  How else can we get access to our logs to monitor the login activity and system logs?  Can I access/pull logs using any API?
