Help with Dashboards!

Hi.  I'm trying to create some dashboards and have a few questions for things I'm trying to do.  I had posted a while back with no replies...hopefully someone can help!

1)  Is there any way to change the dots on a scattergram so they are all uniform?

2)  If I wanted to change the color of the various points on a scattergram based on a variable (e.g NA points all yellow, Europe all red, and Asia all black), is this possible?

3)  Is there any way to link a point in a dashboard to a report that gives more detailed information for that point.  let's say my scattergram plots all my products by sales and DC.  But then I want to see a P&L for that product by clicking on it...is this possible?
