How can I find out when a user password was changed or will expire?

Is there an IDCS REST API request that will return either when an IDCS user's password was changed or when it will expire. We have several native ids and I would like to be able to monitor the password lifetime for these ids.

I know where to find the password setting for how long until the password needs to be changed, but I can't find details for a when specific user's password will expire.
