I'm curious how others are handling On Boarding of Pending Workers in environments where Single Sign On is enabled? Right now we require that to utilize an AD account the password must be reset before first use, thus the Pending Worker has to navigate to a separate web page to reset their password before navigating back to Oracle to be able to log-in through SSO and 2 Factor Authentication. This seems like a lot of steps for someone that is joining our organization and doesn't really give a first good impression.
