Is it possible to check full truckload from OTM before creating the order

Hi, 

Customer while placing the order would like to know if it is full truck load or not and discounts will be applied accordingly.

We have 3D load configuration in OTM,

-- Is there nay REST APIs for this?

-- Just by passing the items & qty, will OTM return the full truckload or not?

-- Then we need suggestion as well to make it full truckload, is it feasible?
