IDCS and Supplier Portal, How to exclude Supplier portal of Fusion cloud only from IP Whitelisting.

We want to use IDCS for IP whitelisting but at the same time want to exclude  Supplier portal only from IP Whitelisting.

Is it possible other than using Lbac or  any workarounds suggested like generating seperate URL for supplier portal?
