Need to load Absence plans and Absence types in a fresh environment

Dear Team,

Are there any solution in place where we can upload all the Absence types and Absence plans at one go without creating them manually in a fresh instance?

Would really be grateful, if anyone can help me or guide how we can minimize the effort creating plans and types manually.
