AutoComplete Rule for Person Address Validation

Summary

Can Auto complete be used to create a warning message on Person's Address page while Adding a New Address?

Content

Hi,

Can we populate a warning message for selecting the Primary Flag while creating a new Address of type "Home". This message should only be populated when user has selected the address type as "Home" and Primary flag is not selected.

We have tried to configure this rule but it did not work as we can display the Warning message only in "Field Modification Rule Type" and here in our case we have to used "Object Validation Type" rule. We have tried to populate an error message as well here but that also didn't work as we couldn't find any attribute for "Primary Flag" under Person Address area.
