My Team Learning - Search by Learner and Search by Manager

Hi,
When using the 'search by learner' option in the my team > Learning, I am able to search all employees within the organization. however, I am expecting that I should be able to search only my direct and indirect reports in the person name dropdown.
Similarly, for the search by manager option too.
What is the current behavior for the 'search by learner' and 'search by manager' in the manager self service??
