P13 Planning and 4-5-4 Weekly Distribution

Hi All,

We have a retail client who currently has a weekly distribution of 4-5-4 and also utilizes P13 for W53 planning. We are planning on enabling a modules application to utilize OOB Financials, Workforce, & Capital. However, from the documentation, "With 13-period planning, each period is exactly four weeks long (except every five or six years, when one period has five weeks.)". Also confirmed that the weekly distribution option disappears when switching to 13 periods in the Create Application screen just to be sure . This seems like a limitation of the configuration options.

As a workaround, I was able to setup an alt hierarchy in the period dimension which includes P13 as a base member (see screenshot). Couple of questions:
