How do I hide limits for zeroed resources?

Summary

The limits and usage screen can be useful but not in its current state

Content

The ability to see how many resources I have at my disposal and how many I'm using is a vital tool to managing a cloud service.  In its current state, the limits page simply has too much information.  Looking at Compute service, I'm flooded with information about 62 different resources that OCI has to offer.  That's great, except I only utilize 2 of them.  The rest is pure noise.  How do I hide the 60 resources that have zero available limits?  Filters, you say?  Let's get to that...
