In my new FCCS app trying to replicate a rule from HFM that allocates expense from one unit to others.  This allocation is done by cost center.  Allocation percentages entered by cost center with a corresponding business unit code.  In HFM, during consolidation, operating expenses from corporate are then allocated to the unit, a corresponding negative amount recorded on corporate.  This rule was written in FCCS, and worked, but it missed the point of other dimensions in play where source data may reside, in my case project and intercompany.  As written in FCCS, intercompany was restricted to No Intercompany and
