Hi Dev Team - When we go to Procurement – Purchase Requisition – And click on “More Task”, we can see 5 privileges (Enter Requisition line, Request Non-catalog item, Request New Supplier, Update Preparer & Requester, update Requisition Preference). We have two groups of requestors:

1. First group they need to have two privileges under “More Tasks” i.e. “Enter Requisition Line” & “Update Requisition Preferences”.
2. Second group should have access to only one privilege under “More Tasks” i.e. “Update Requisition Preferences”.

 

Analysis - We found that:

1) by removing "Create Requisition with Noncatalog Requests" entitlement from "Requisition Self Service User Duty" we can remove the task "Request Non-Catalog Item".
