Is OLC an LTI-compliant LMS?

Summary

We are looking into other platforms that help support social learning content curation

Content

We are looking at other tools and platforms that can help with social learning content curation. One such platform is called Panopto, https://www.panopto.com/features/integration/. They say on their website that they can integrate with LMSs if the LMS is LTI-compliant, but I couldn't find anywhere that indicated if OLC was LTI-compliant. LTI = IMS Learning Tools Interoperability standard. (For more information LTI visit https://rusticisoftware.com/blog/3-reasons-your-lms-should-be-lti-compliant/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=natural_search )

Does anyone know if OLC is LTI compliant? Or if you have integrated with or used Panopto, I'd be interested to hear your experience.

Howdy, Stranger!
