Data Management - Loading mapping limitation

Summary

We are trying to load a mapping file (.txt) which contain over 125k lines.

Content

There is lot of mapping in the file and it is multi dimension mapping. Any suggestion or thoughts to loading this. 

Error while loading : EPMFDM-140098:Unexpected error occurred.
