Upgrade Apex to ver 21.1

When will autonomous databases in the Oracle Cloud be upgraded to Apex ver 21.1

Apex ver 21.1 was released mid May 2021.  I read that updates will happen automatically usually 6 weeks after general availability.  I have seen no indication that the upgrade is going to happen.  Does anyone know when this upgrade will happen or if I can initiate the update myself.
