Just writing this message to say Thank You and show my appreciation for the support received on this forum when I thought I had lost a vital DB (due to my oversight). I managed to find a past example of the same issue and contacted someone to see if they could also help me. That person (one of many I am told, but you know who you are) was responsive, re-assuring that they will do what they can (what else can you ask for?) and was quickly able to co-ordinate support with and via back office service teams.
As someone currently using the Always Free service, it is very impressive to see this kind of support available and bodes well for the future (if I am able to complete my little project successfully).
