fire Notification Pop-Up is not showing up on the page (PWA App), but I can see message is fired in browser console....

It was working earlier and stopped working. I can't think of any reason....Can you suggest how to troubleshoot and fix..?

I have a back up of older version of app with JET version, it is working in this older version...
