Validation Formula based on element input value + a static value

Hi team,

 

We developed many fast formulas that validate an absence total duration based on the element input value. We made so because we are integrated with a  partner who makes all the legislative calculations we can't do internally in HCM.

Unluckily we discovered that our partner sends us the balances in a different way than we calculate the total duration:

I.e:

For example, to us 52 minutes are calculated 52/60 ≃ 0,8666666666666667, instead, they send us only 0,86.

So now the problem is that people for hourly permits can ask every time one minute less, except the cases where the operation has no decimal approximations.
