Multileg Itinerary having Consol Leg Not working

Multileg Itinerary having Consol Leg getting failed while running bulk plan at Order Release but works successfully when we plan the Order Movements

I am using Multi Leg itinerary ,in which My first leg (Primary) is marked as Consol and second leg is by Truck Load.

When i run a bulk on Order release it selects the Itinerary but it fails and i see in the Logs it states: "Warning    Planning    Itinerary is not valid, e.g., it is a multileg with consol shipment. [batch - 1]."

Now from Same Order Release when i create Order Movements and run a bulk plan on order Movements OTM plans the Order well and give results.
