Unable to submit time card with a warning exception
Wondering if anyone can help, we have set up some warning exceptions to notify managers and admins when specific business rules are breached. For example:
1) punching in 5 mins before start of shift.
2) punching out 5 mins before end of shift.
These examples are working great and we get those exceptions showing in the manager time card when they occur.
The issue is that in some cases we have "entered" time cards that have exceptions on them and would like the administrators to submit them on behalf of the employee and line managers at the end of payroll periods. When using the "classic" team time card page, highlighting a row and hitting submit they dont get approved.
