Not able to create EFF Context and segments in Fusion HCM

Hi All,

I am trying to create some segments for the Person EIT Information Extensible Flexfield in our Fusion HCM instance (Version 21C).

 

When i navigate to Manage Extensible Flexfield from the FSM and query the Person EIT Information EFF, then i click on the Edit (pencil icon) which takes me to the Edit page.

Then, i click on the Manage Contexts button and try to add a new context by clicking the '+' icon to create the Context, the system just hangs and i am not able to create a context.
