ARM A1 flex always free eligible

There have been similar posts to this one but none of them had the same situation.

About 2 months ago i created a vm on my account, It was a A1 flex Ampere 4 ocpu 24 gb vm. When creating, it clearly stated (and still does) that the exact vm i was making is "always free eligible" and according to oracle, "always free eligible" resources are still active even after the free trial period ends on active accounts. And such i wasn't concerned much with it. But the other day the 2 months period from it's creation the vm suddenly stopped and became disabled. I want to ask about a few things.
