We have a requirement.
Total Cost Budget: 100 K
Planned Budget: 90 K
Risk/Contingency Budget: 10 K
To my knowledge the approvals are set at Top level (Versioning).
We have requirement to set approval at 2 levels with in the same budget. Like, Total Allocated Budget for the Project is 100 K, 90K is planned Budget by the Project Manager which is set for approval. As and when he/she exceeds the 90k and try to pull the budget from Contingency bucket (10K) has to go for approval
