Close Manager - Auto Submit Rule

Hello,

The problem is regarding the Opening of any task for which we have the predecessor with Auto Submit Rule.

Example: I have a set of three tasks
Task1, Task2 and Task3 each having predecessors as the previous one.
Task2 is having an Auto Submit condition rule attached which will trigger based on activity performed in Task1.
Ideally, even though task2 is CLOSED because of the Auto-Submit condition it should lead Task3 to get OPEN (as I have enabled allow early start). But it is not happening so.

"I want the task3 should OPEN as soon as Task2 is CLOSED with Auto Submit Rule triggered. "
