Feature on removals of picklist values

We would like to ensure that when a picklist value is removed or an End Date is inserted, the values with a date prior to the removal continue to be visible in the UI.

Hello, we open this request as there is no Oracle behavior back regarding what we ask. Basically, if I try to remove the flag from the "Enabled" section from the picklist, I continue to see the records with the values ​​populated in the reports, but from the User Interface I can no longer find that value. In the same way, if I insert an End Date value despite having values ​​prior to the End Date, they are not visible from the UI.
