Are we able to apply a specific ruleset to an individual transaction? We have instances where the base commission doesn’t apply to a specific order coming through AR due to sales offering a discount on their order. SO we need to be able to go to the order in Oracle Incentive compensation and apply a different rate. Or if not can we adjust the rate manually that is applied to a specific order?
