Need to Show different hyperlinks for Employee and Manager.

We have requirement to attach two different documents for Employee and manager on Resignation and Termination page .But as per design, same template is shared for Resignation and Termination so whatever we do then it will reflect in both pages.

I have created two hyperlinks and restricted through role el expression but Manager can see two links on resignation page. I want to show only employee link on Resignation page for Manager. Is it possible to achieve?
