We have a requirement for a 1 stage negotiation, after response: where the supplier responded with several optional Items like Item A and Item B and the buyer want to ask the requester or employees to choose from optional items before awarding the supplier and items.

The requester or employee should not be able to view supplier name or prices

The requester Employee to reply through the system

+ Additional Requirement to apply limited period for his reply.
