Related Learning within Communities

We are going to be using communities but are switching off self service. I know that Related Learning has to do with self service but I also see it within the communities. How would I utilise this within communities. I can not find where to do this. Can anyone help, please? Any documentation of communities other then docs.oracle.com which aren't very helpful. Thanks a lot!
