Budget Vs Actual in GL Account Group & SmartView

We have received requirement from user that need to generate a report through smart view tool to see the Budget Vs Actual under Fusion COA instance.
Note: we got confirmation that through EPBCS it can be achieve, but user want's to generate report through fusion.

Please note our budget is pushed to Fusion via EPBCS (EPM) 

Currently we are unable to compare budget VS actual under Account Group or via SmartView .. 

Appreciate your thoughts, and any workaround that would work in our circumstance
