Global Transfers (Legal Employer Change) Driver that may affect GRE (Government Reporting Entity)

Hi all,

 

hope you can help or advise.

We would like to know what does the Global Transfer (legal employer change) drive.

As in we want to know if it would be ok to have the legal employer updated, and retain the existing company code/GRE until it can be changed in January?.

Is there anything that legal employer drives that this would cause issues?

 

 

i have had a looked around and can only see some mentions on reporting aspects but nothing else.
