Can we apply discount amount directly from Order line EFF?

Hello

We are not maintaining Price list and Discount list in Oracle. Pricing will happen on External System.
During Order import we are storing the List Price on Order line EFF and override the Base pricelist.
Similarly can we apply the discount amount from Order line EFF?
