Using bpm task MtlManagementEresInlineTask for approving Misc issue transaction

We want to route miscelleneous issue transactions  to approvals based on monetary value of the transaction

1)I see that this task supports approvals for Miscellaneous Transaction,Put Away,,Receipt, Receiving Transaction Correction and
Ship Confirm

So now while writing the approval rule  for misc transactions is have to add a condition like below --am i right?

 condition MtlManagementEresInlineTaskPayloadType.singleERESRecord.transactionType = MISC_TXN ?

Also since i want to  routing transactions to several levels of approvals (e.g. Head Officer
