For some very unfortunate reasons, our cloud account was suspended due to a DMCA infringing report, and was now being terminated permanently. We are disappointed on Oracle's handling on this matter as there's been lack of transparency throughout the whole issue handling. We are even not made aware about who's the reporter of the DMCA infringing report, nor being given the copy of DMCA infringement report.

Regardless of that, we are now looking into the possibility of retrieving contents from another affected instance under the same cloud account. Since our subscription is terminated, we are unable to create a technical SR anymore. I hereby, sincerely, request for Oracle staffs on this forum to look into this request. We have two instances on our Oracle Cloud account, and we would like to retrieve the contents on the other instance that is not the DMCA infringing instance. We think that this is a reasonable request and hope that Oracle Staff to consider this according to your Cloud Service
