Nonworker can't create Service Request
We have enabled Service Request creation for Nonworker for our customer. Nonworkers are able to access the page, however, upon saving the SR an error popped up saying "Error: Invalid value" in Primary Point of Contact field.
Also, I tried creating an SR on behalf of the employee and in Primary Point of Contact field, I seached using Person Number. However, no data is displayed in the search result. I tried searching other person (not a nonworker) but they are working fine.
Has anyone encountered this issue before and managed to resolve the issue?
