PO creation from Sourcing - With Global Procurement SFO

SFO is not triggered when PO is being created after Negotiation award

We are using Global Procurement using the SFO which means the Requisitioning BU & Sold to BU/Sold to LE would be different based on Financial orchestration flows. While this works perfectly fine in requisition to PO processing, We are facing trouble in Sourcing. 

We are creating RFQ with Suppliers from countries A, B & C. Once the award is complete to Supplier A, We create the purchasing document as per standard process. Sold to LE is determined based on Supplier country and this is setup in SFO.
