import/export job roles for users

Good evening,
 

I have a question about using template to update job roles for users.

for example:

in our organization, we have 3 new employees, they should have permissions, I would like to use any template with relevant job roles for each one of employee.

 

of course I can add those roles manually, but I'm looking for any template for import

 

please help me with the issue
