In EDMCS, How we can Migrate the data objects and data from dev to test environment.

I went through the Migration Process for EDMCS and it shown full backup/Export of artifact. Is there any way if we can take backup/Export only for selected data objects for Migration?

Suppose I have created two new Properties in dev environment and want to Migrate these two only in Prod so can we take backup only these two Properties from dev environment?
