Hi All,

We have a requirement where we need to enable Job sharing for Line Managers.

  • Manager could go part-time (e.g. for example, a manager could move from full time to only Monday to Wednesday, and Thursday and Friday is backfilled by a second Manager).  The second Manager should have the same access as the Monday to Wednesday Manager.
  • Approvals should be extended so either Manager can approve (should one Manager be away)
  • What is the best way to implement this in Fusion HCM,all suggestions and inputs are welcome.
