Mass upload - Risk Matrix and Advanced Access Controls (Advanced Controls and FRC)

Is it possible for a client to do an initial mass upload of the risk matrix and users access and if so how can it be done?

We are trying to take advantage of the information from GRC on EBS On-Premise for its transfer to Fusion Cloud in a massive way due to the data quantity. The data we´re looking to upload is the Risk Matrix and User Accesses.

Anyone knows a way to accomplish this? Any other recommendation is welcome.
