Trying to deposit a file on a FTP but getting error

Hello,

 

we need to deposit a file on an FTP of our partner. I'm using Oracle HCM BI. The configuration of the FTP was done successfully. But when I try to send I receive the error of the below image.

The partner highlighted that AWS not support SETSTAT. I would check with Oracle to see if you are able to send without the SETSTAT command.

 

Any idea?
