Line Manager - Team Schedule - Edit "Start date and time" for all direct report

How to a line manager can edit a shift by "start date and time" from team schedule for all his direct report

Hello expert,

I give to a line manager the seeded role "ORA_PER_LINE_MANAGER" + "ORA_HXT_TIME_AND_LABOR_MANAGER_JOB" in order to have the possibility to modify/edit shift of direct report in to the functionality My Team > Team Schedule.

But the line manager cannot modify the shift for all his direct report: some yes, some not.

What do I miss? Thanks for your help.

For information: The drop down list used to select a shift by the line manager cannot be used, the list is too long.
