And in particular the detail under this section; - https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/financials/21c/occar/reports.html#OCCAR1192776 ;  which detail how the links between a custom version of a report and the original is managed, I paraphrase; if you create a report with the same name as a standard report invoked from Fusion Financials and put it under the same folder path but under the custom folder then it will be as if you had used the customise functionality.
