Why Abstract role' Employee' is having access to Menu ' Scheduled Process' comes under Tools Menu

Why Abstract role' Employee' is having access to Menu ' Scheduled Process' comes under Tools Menu

Hi All,

I would like to know why Privilege' Manage scheduled process' is assigned to Abstract role 'Employee' by default. This privilege gives access to task 'Scheduled Process' which comes under Menu 'Tool'.   What is the need of employee to have access to this functionality?
